ORDERING

We know that one of the most frustrating things about shopping online is waiting for the goodies to arrive. For this reason we always try to send your order on the same or next working day so that you have it as soon as possible (Royal Mail allowing).

All items are in stock unless specified. In the event that you do order something which is out of stock we will notify you immediately to let you know when we are expecting more stock in.

DELIVERY

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class.

UK delivery is £2.50 or free for orders over £75. If you would prefer a signed for / guaranteed delivery date please email us to arrange.

European delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4

For the rest of world delivery will be charged at £6.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit or debit card only.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase please post it back (unworn and in it's original packaging) within 7 days for a refund. We recommend that you send the item(s) by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please include details of what you would like to be sent in exchange or if you would like your money back. You will be required to pay the postage to return the items for exchange and the postage to send out the replacement items.
